Registration

This year the workshop occurs in an « Hotel Club and Residences » that will provide on one site, standards hotel services and all services needed for the workshop organization. A unique registration price is proposed consequently.

 Registration fee includes :

  • 3 nights in the hotel (6th, 7th and 8th June 2018) and the breakfast
  • Buffet lunches 7th and 8th June 2018
  • « Gala Dinner » in a restaurant outside the workshop’s hotel, on the evening of 7th June 2018
  • A dinner on the evening of 8th June 2018
  • Guided tour of Sanguinary Islands on 8th June 2018
  • Access to all technical sessions of the workshop
  • Tea/Coffee/Refreshments during regular breaks in the workshop technical programme
  • WiFi access in the workshop venue

Registration fee : 550 €

All registration fees are inclusive of local taxes

IMPORTANT DEADLINE

The registration deadline is set at Wednesday, 24 May 2018.

For organizational purposes (related to the Hotel), the registration must be closed very early. From the 24th May 2018, the number of attendees will be determined to fix the number of rooms that will be definitively booked for the workshop. So, it is important that registration is done as soon as possible.
